The hotel was so clean and quiet! I enjoyed my stay so much, I did not want to leave. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and fresh fruit and a variety of things to choose from. There are plenty of activities to do such as golf and horseback riding. I am planning another trip and I will be staying at this hotel only.

It has excellent location in Innsbruck as it's very close to Innsbruck, surrounding areas and ski slopes. All the staff members are helpful and super-friendly.

Very very bad hotel. Price is not low but the rooms are very bad. Very old furniture, rooms smell bad. Very ugly bathrooms. Shame to put it in Luxury list. Shem to have it categorized as 4 star. It is just ZERO star hotel. Breakfast was not bad and staff was friendly.

Absolutely stunning location!!! Close to the golf and ski lifts. Penthouse suit was just perfect for us (family with two children), I would dear to say it is the perfect apartment! Value for money

I thing it was quite under-staff, meaning that the receptionist was also the porter and the waiter and the hotel was quite full.

The location was great, just a short walk to the Olympia Express, and we really enjoyed our double room with free on-site parking and exceptional service.

This hotel was beyhond our expectations. Check In was professional as was all services. The room was large and luxurious with a massive balcony to overlook picturesque views of the mountains. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was a-la-carte standard. Very highly recommended.

the staff was very helpful and even kept the kitchen open for us to have an evening meal the night of our arrival (approx 7:30 pm) because we had not eaten and there was nothing within walking distance. Food was excellent.

I didn't like that we could not use the spa unless naked. We would have really liked to relax a bit but nudity was not comfortable for us. The hotel was not busy the first night we were there and we would have appreciated some flexibility in this. Also, the directions for using the bus to get there were poor and left us literally standing on a curb in the street in Igls twice. If we had know how far out the hotel was we would have ordered a taxi to help us get there from the train station rather than struggled with the bus.

We had a fantastic stay here during our holiday, our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was very convenient for finding restaurants nearby.

A really really nice way to end my christmas. Fairly clean, stylish hotel built in an Alpine style. Exceptional service, very well decorated room complete with fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms.
